Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 / year

Work Location: In Office FT for 90 days, then flexibility to work hybrid

Job Purpose:

The Accounts Payable Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and upholding the financial integrity of the organization. This role contributes to the company's values by demonstrating commitment to efficiency, accuracy, collaboration, innovation, and integrity in all aspects of accounts payable operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Honor Commitments:

• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely preparation and payment disbursement.

• Assist with company purchase card & fleet card programs.

• Perform AP month-end close.

Create Positive Experiences:

• Be a resource for AP Associate questions, training, problem-solving, etc.

• Assist team members and branch employees with questions and issue resolution.

Foster Lifelong Learning:

• Supervise, mentor, and train accounts payable specialists.

• Involved in hiring and career development.

Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:

• Recommend, coordinate, and implement processes and internal controls.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

• Three or more years of related experience required.

• Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team.

• Ability to understand and implement policies and procedures.

• Ability to solve problems in an ever-changing environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
